It's kinda dreary outside but Mom, Porsche & I went for a walkies late this morning.  Well, Porsche went for a carry for 3/4 of the walk.  She interrupted my routine. She's such a little pest. Walkies are a one on one event. But, nooo, she had to go, too. 

Anyway, I got side tracked.  I've been having a problem with it lately.  I think it's because nice sunny warm weather shoul be her, not this nonsense Mother Nature keeps throwing at us. I've got cabin fever pretty bad. I keep going outside to see if it's improved, it hasn't.

Speaking of Saturday, May 2nd, it's also our Free Pattern Demo Day, starting at 10:15am.  There will be snacks, coffee & tea.  We would like to encourage you to bring in your latest projects to share. There will a be a door prize, too.  I almost forgot about that.  I probable won't be here, I will be hanging out with my brother. Whether he knows it or not, we need our bro time without Mom around. Unless, I decide to spend the night at Grandma's and then I will be in the shop on Saturday.

Mom just told to quit rambling and get on with the newsletter.

Coming sometime in June, we will have a BOM. It uses a panel for the center and blocks around it.  We don't have a retail price for it just yet, we expect it to arrive the end of May or beginning of June to kit up.  But we do have a photo of it from QT Fabrics.  If you're interested in participating in our BOM, please let us know.

We will be participating in the Mid-Atlantic Shop this year. It runs during the months of July-August.  Keep an eye out for updates as it draws closer. They have a Facebook Page, explaining different rules, opportunties, etc.  Participating shops are also posting on the FB Page. There are over 90 participating shops throughout Pennsylvania, New, Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.

We have lots of new fabrics arriving at the Shop. Some are still in the box and others are out on the main floor.

We would like to thank the Corning Quilt Guild for having us vend and conduct a demo at their Crystal City Quilt Show.

Thank You to everyone who came out to the show to support all the venders and the quilt guild.  There were a lot of beautiful quilts on display. Very few vendors had the same thing in their booth. It was a fun weekend.
