Hello Friends!
Can you believe that October is almost over? The nights are getting colder and the days are pretty crisp, too. I could see my breath yesterday afternoon. The Husky in me loves this cooler weather. I've been driving Mom nuts wanting to go outside so much. I have to keep her busy. She told me she has enough things to do that keep her busy. She doesn't need me to add more to her plate. I got news for you, her plate is empty. I know this because I licked the remains of her lunch off her plate.

The response to our Kandy Korn Kitty pattern has been outstanding!
So much so, we have brought in 3 more Boo Kitty patterns. I love these cat patterns, the cat has the best expressions. All 3 patterns are in stock.

We've had some people interested in Needle Punch. I have some kits & patterns on order. We currently have the following Needle Punch & pattern in stock. One of our customers says you can use the DMC floss for the needle punch. She says it works just fine.

We still have Sashiko, counted cross stitch & embroidery patterns, kits & supplies in stock.
This coming Saturday, November 1st. is our Free Pattern and Demo Day, starting at 10:15. There is no sign up, just stop on in and join us before you start your Saturday errands.
If you're interested in or thought of teaching a class on quilting, needle punch, counted cross stitch, embroidery, tatting, bags or any similar projects. Stop and speak to us, we would love to have you come in & teach a class. There's nothing to be nervous about, it's just about having fun with your peers and showing them how to make something fun.
Speaking of fun. Mom went to the Lego Brick Con at the Corning Glass Museum on Sunday. She saw the coolest Lego build! A quilter, who also builds Legos make these awesome quilt blocks from Legos. Unfortunately, the builder wasn't there and Mom didn't get a chance to speak with her. But she got photos of the quilt blocks.

Sewing machine service prices will be going up, starting November 1, 2025.
Basic Service (removal of debris, old grease, greasing, oiling, cleaning, adjusting tensions & testing stitches) will be $72.95. Labor will be $30.00 for repairs & timing. $20.00 non-refundable deposit will remain the same.
Mom says she's about 1-1/2 to 2 weeks out on sewing machine service. As always, machines are serviced & repaired in the order they are brought in. Unless, parts need to be ordered or the machine is really not cooperative and Mom has to step away from it for a day to think on solving the problem.
Whew! That was a lot to cover this month.
Mom & Grandma are going to get together to see about getting a class schedule together for the upcoming months.
We hope to see you soon.
Keeping you in Stitches,
Obi the Wonder Dog
Me & Moda Tamiya
