October Newsletter
Hello Quilters!
Where in tarnation did September go?
I blink and it disappeared!
First, we would like to thank everyone who came out the the Endless Mountain Quilt Guild's Quilt Show.
There were so many amazing quilts. We have so many creative and talented quilters in the area. It was hard to choose a favorite. So Mom tells me. I couldn't go because she says dogs aren't allowed. I think it's dog discrimination.
We are proud to support our local quilt guilds.
Second, Keystone Ave is now open to College Ave. (Family Dollar Store) both ways. HOORAY!!!
Grandma hasn't done a fabric reveal the last couple of weeks due to her doing Facebook Live presentations at the quilt show and this Saturday she will be doing her Facebook Live from the Elmira Piecemakers quilt retreat.
I have a preview of some new fabrics that have arrived.
A lovely Moda Fall Collection A variety of Winter/Christmas and other fabrics
Moda and Ruby Star Society Fabrics
A reminder that Saturday is the last day to save 30% on Christmas Fabrics. Minimum 1 yard cut for sale price
This coming week's sale is 30% Off Blenders. Minimum 1 yard cut for the sale price.
Although cooler weather has arrived.
Some of Scott's roses are still blooming. Giving us a nice view from the office window. This morning's rain made the flowers even more beautiful.
One of our reside spiders decided we needed a haunted house in our garden.
We think he did a lovely job of decorating our little fairy house for Halloween.
Demo Day will be the Saturday, October 7th at 10am. We hope to see you there. Show N Tell is at the end of the demo.
Sorry Charlene D., I told you the wrong date yesterday.
I think I've covered everything for this Newsletter.
I still can't believe Sunday is the first day of October.
Have a Happy Halloween and Fall. We hope to see you soon since it's officially Quilting Season.
Keeping you in Stitches,
Obi the Wonder Dog
