This week's sale and etc
Hello folks!
This week we have 25% Off Regular Priced Panels
We have had more Laundry Basket fabrics come in. Check out our Facebook Page to see our Fabric Reveal from last Saturday to see them all.
Other important news in the Shop!
First, we have a non perishable food donation box in the Shop for CHOP Fill the Bus.
It's being done in memory of Jamyz Alteri, a young man who tragically passed away just before Mother's Day.
Jamyz was the son of our family's dear friends and a very sweet and community oriented young man.
We would love to be able to fill a few empty quilt fabric boxes for the Bus in Jaymz's memory.
If you have any non perishable food you would like to donate, we will love to have you drop it off at the Shop.
Let's show the community what quilters can do!
Second, Kelly Gorsline will not be doing any long arm quilting until after the first of the year.
Many of you have already heard this.
We wanted to help Kelly get the word out.
We have a printed list at the Shop of long arm quilters in the area.
If you are a long arm quilter and would like to be added to our list, please email us with your name and contact information.
To those of you looking to get projects quilted, please remember, a lot of our long arm quilters have full time jobs and quilt on the side. Please do not wait until the last minute to get your projects to a quilter. They all will be very busy, especially, with one long arm quilter down for the rest of the year.
Be patient with the long arm quilters, they are doing the best they can do with the time they have to work on your project. It's a very tedious process and can not be rushed. No matter how big or small the project is.
Third, this Saturday is our Free Pattern and Demo Day. It's from 10am- 11am. You will receive a free pattern and Grandma will demo how the first block is made and show you rulers and tips to make it easier.
YOU MUST ATTEND THE DEMO IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A FREE PATTERN
You are welcomed to bring a show 'n tell if you wish.
We're going to go back to a bit of normalcy while we can.
Fourth, Saturday, September 18th, is our Customer Appreciation Day and National Jelly Roll Day!
Mom and Grandma really appreciate all of the support you have given us. Especially, during the dark days of 2020. We will be having Jelly Roll demos, lots of giveaways to sign up for, free patterns, food and more surprises that will be announced just before the event. We hope you will join us for this celebration.
We are also celebrating 9 years of being in business. I wasn't around for the first 2 years but I've enjoyed the 7 years that I have been here and Moda has enjoyed the 5 years she's been here with us. We love our customers as much as Mom and Grandma do.
That covers everything for this week. We hope to see you, Moda and I need some attention, we just don't get enough.
Have a great week!
Your Pal,
Obi the Wonder Dog
