December Newsletter

Happy Thanksgiving, Quilters!

First announcement is our Thanksgiving Hours:
Wednesday, November 27th:  10a-1pm
Thanksgiving Day: Closed
Friday, November 29th: Closed

I hope Mom brings my sisters and I some turkey home on Thursday.  We love turkey! We would be happy to eat Mom's share to of the turkey.

My little foster brother kitten found his furever home yesterday.  It's kinda boring without the little dust bunny running around. But Mom says the man who adopted him, really needed a special kitten like Sherlock to help him.
We all have to admit, we'll miss the little dust bunny kitten but we're all happy he has a nice home to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas in.
Mom says trying to wrap Christmas presents will be hard enough with Tigger Hooilgan, one of the Red Door kittens that didn't find a different home without another kitten helping her.  He tries really hard to help Mom wrap presents. She almost wrapped him up in our Aunt's birthday present, he was so helpful.

No, Mom & Grandma are not going out Black Friday Shopping.  We are all staying home, in hiding. Getting rested up for Small Business Saturday.

One more interesting subject.
Cathy Brown would like to know if anyone who missed her "No Y-Seams Tumbling Block" class a couple of months ago wants to take her class.
Please let us know. If enough people are interested, she would be happy to teach another Class here  after the Christmas Holidays are over.
It would be a great way to unwind after the hectic Holiday Season.
We have Grandma's quilt from Cathy's Class hanging up in the Center Room.  We've had several people ask about a pattern for this quilt. Taking Cathy's Class is how you can obtain this pattern. It's fun, easy and turns out beautifully!
Don't forget to let us know, either by email or stopping in!
We would love to host another No Y-Seams Tumbling Block Class!

I think this puppy has covered everything for this newsletter.
Whew! I had a lot to cover for December!
I think I need to go nap until lunchtime. I wonder what Mom and Grandma have for lunch today. Moda and I need to help them eat their lunch.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

If we don't see you tomorrow, we hope to see you on Small Business Saturday for our surprise sales!
