National Jelly Roll Day
Hello friends!
I just wanted to remind you that tomorrow is our National Jelly Roll Day celebration.
Grandma is doing demos until 2:30p. We have open sewing until 2:30p. Bring your own sewing machine.
We will be having a sale on jelly rolls, books and patterns that use jelly rolls.
Mom will be grilling hot dogs out on the back patio. Last year she dropped one and I got a hot dog fresh off the grill all to myself. We will have chips, edible jelly rolls, and water to go with your hot dogs.
Our friend, Denise, will be helping us out on Saturday.
Last year I got lots and lots of belly rubs and ear scratches. I'm hoping to get them this year, too! Some people even brought me treats! Ooops, Mom keeps telling me not to beg for treats in the newsletter.
The construction is done on Center St. It's not bumpy coming up the hill anymore.
If you signed up for the Vintage Sewing Machine Restoration Class and have not been notified by Ray & Sherri, it has been cancelled.
Please excuse our tall grass. Mom just didn't have enough time this week to get it mowed. She's not happy about it but she's been very busy this week and I don't have thumbs to start the mower and hold that bar against the handle. I did eat some to help her but a pup can only eat so much grass.
We hope to see everyone tomorrow to help us celebrate National Jelly Roll Day!
Keeping You in Stitches,
