Did you know Mourning Doves aren't very bright?
I was hanging off the back of the living room chair watching the birds this morning, when 2 Mourning Doves landed on the frozen puddle in the driveway. Those two ding birds spent a good 5 minutes trying to drink out of that frozen puddle. They were even standing on the ice trying to get a drink.
Boy, did they get my tail wagging. It was so funny watching them. I had to point them out to Mom.
